If you enjoyed the Samosa Chaat, you may also fancy our Kachori Chaat. Kachoris are flatter, deep-fried alternative to the pyramids, the Punjabi Samosas. Everything virtually remains the same by replacing the Punjabi Samosa with an Aloo Kachori. Aloo as in potatoes. Alooooo, are you listening?

Very similar to the Dahi Puri and it' ingredients, except that in our Dilliwali Papdi Chaat, the hollow cylinders are replaced with crisp fried dough wafers and Sev, giving you a nice sweet-sour, tangy and spicy flavour, together with a creamy- crunchy texture! Dilliwali (Delhi-wali, the connect)

A lot of street food lovers in Mumbai and Delhi enjoy a more filling portion. Add hot Punjabi Samosas. Mumbai's popular spicy vegetarian street food taste in Bahrain. Vada (fritter) made out of batata (potato). Pav refers to unsweetened bread or bun. It is also known as an Indian burger. It's our baby. It's close to our heart. It's our bestseller. This is where we started!

Every Pav Bhaji is different. And there are no rules to a Pav Bhaji. Yet the prep is more or less the same. 

Our distinct difference lies in the fresh prep of the Bhaji  (mashed vegetables on a Tawa) which include tomatoes, potatoes, green peas, capsicum and our secret spices blended to a unique texture. Served with pan fried Pavs in butter and your Pav Bhaji is garnished with coriander and some more butter and served with diced onions and a lotta love!

This is no ordinary chickpea gravy. This needs to be tried and enjoyed with Poori (flour  combined salt and oil, and kneading the dough, deep fried until the Pooris puff up. Served with cut onions, yoghurt and pickle.

Much similar to Choley  Bhature / Choley Puri. The chickpeas are soaked overnight and the end result is a lot more darker chickpeas with secret recipes (our chef is letting it out yet?

The Peeli Dal Tadka is made with Moong Dal which has to be the most common dal in Indian kitchens, enjoyed best with Chaawal (Rice). 

Dal tadka is when you pour tadka (tempering) over cooked spiced dal & no further cooking is done.

Dal fry is when you add cooked dal to the sautéed/ fried masala & simmered for a short time.
